Notes:

1.   The Company operates in a single segment only.  
2.    During the quarter, Company has received  7 complaints, which have been suitably resolved and no complaints were pending as on 30th June 2009.
3.   Current & Deferred Tax, if any, will be accounted for at the end of accounting year.
4.   Figures for the previous year have been re-grouped and/or re-arranged wherever necessary.
5.   The auditors of the company have carried out a "Limited Review" of the financial results for the quarter ended 
       30th June,2009 in terms of Clause 41 of the listing agreement with stock exchange.  
6. The above results were reviewed by the Audit Committee and taken on record by the Board of Directors at their meeting held on 29th July, 2009.
