quality management system works 24 X 7 basis. Quality starts
here at receipt of Raw material, then to each intermediate stages
and ends at Finished Goods before delivery. In no situation
a product can pass to subsequent stages of production without
Quality approval.
BEPL achieved ISO 9002 certification way back in Mar 1999 from
KPMG and still maintaining. Currently we are in the process
of upgrading its processes to match ISO 9001:2000 standards,
a symbol of our dedication to customer value enhancement.
Research & Development
BEPL has a strong Research and Development program to improve
internal processes, develop applications and aiding our clients
in adding value to their products. Extensive Research and
Development efforts of BEPL help in developing ABS grades
for client specific applications. Tailor making just one for

Personnel are the best in the business, using their skills
to resolve problems and improve client processes.
 We developed several grades, which meet requirements of UL
specs, general HDT grades with higher scratch resistance.
We developed high impact high flow-medium flow to cater to
the requirement of automobile industry for various applications.
Current development programme includes projects like development
agglomeration technology for poly-butadiene’s, HRG with
effective rubber of 60 %, catalytic process of mass polymerisation
etc.
We developed more than 1200 shades of ABStron ABS including
critical colours with metallic and pearl effect.
Speciality of BEPL in developing pastel shades in the shortest
possible time makes BEPL the preferred choice for every processor
of ABS.
