April 09,1984 Incorporated as Public Limited Company under Companies Act
June13,1986-Signed Agreement with Sumitomo of Japan for 7.5 KTPA capacity ABS Plant
January 22, 1990 - Commissioned 7.5 KTPA capacity ABS Plant at Satnoor (Madhya Pradesh)
March31,1996-Expanded capacity at Satnoor Plant : 15 KTPA capacity of ABS
September16,1999-Initially taken over under licenceand subsequently purchased Polychem’s 5 KTPA capacity ABS/SAN Plant at Vadodara
September 01, 2002 - Expanded ABS/SAN plant at Vadodara Plant 12 KTPA (combined capacity of both the units – 27 KTPA)
March 31, 2003 - All secured loans repaid to FIs and Banks
November 05, 2003 - Preferential Issue of 3.25 Million Equity at a premium of Rs. 90/- per share with face value of Rs. 10/- each (aggregate money received Rs. 325 Million) Under Licence on November 6, 2003 Purchased on June 30, 2004 - Initially taken over Greaves Ltd.’s RPRL Unit* at Abu Road under Licence and subsequently purchased it. *Capacity of RPRL Unit at 20 KTPA
June 30, 2004 - Rationalised plant configuration and achieved 48 KTPA aggregate ABS manufacturing capacity based on exclusive HRG production at Satnoor plant and Bulk SAN and Compounding production at Abu Road
July 29, 2004 - Legally closed down the Vadodara Plant (Completed legal formalities)
July 1, 2005 - Implemented ERP package (mySAP) across the organization.
January 30, 2007 - Obtained ISO 9001-2000 certification
