BEPL manufactures an extensive range of general purpose and specialty grades ABS granules for Injection Moulding and Sheet / Pipe Extrusion applications. Our technical collaborators Sumitomo Chemical Engineering Company Limited / Sumitomo Naugatuck Limited, Japan help us in developing a singular grade of ABS for specific application of general product design. The R&D department is constantly upgrading its systems and processes to develop new products, processes and applications.
Our stringent quality control measures have resulted in our processes being ISO certified. Some of our niche products are certified by Underwriters Laboratories Inc., proving our relentless commitment towards our customers. We undertake orders to manufacture customized grades to suit your specific requirements.

BEPL is the only company in India to manufacture SAN with both Bulk polymerization as well as emulsion polymerization process, giving us the advantage to manufacture over 130 grades of ABS for injection moulding, extrusion sheeting, electroplating and flame retardant applications. Emulsion SAN ensures better elongation and better distribution of rubber in extrusion grade ABS. Bulk SAN ensures better process ability in injection grade ABS. This unique advantage has helped BEPL not only to achieve leadership in extrusion grade ABS, but also to become versatile manufacturer of ABS catering to wide range of applications. ABStron from BEPL has better gloss with no contamination, has a better balance between tensile strength, MIF and HDT.
BEPL has developed more than 1200 shades of ABStron ABS including critical colours with metallic and pearl effect. Specialty of BEPL in developing pastel shades in the shortest possible time makes BEPL the preferred choice for every processor of ABS.
